iPhone APP Catch Questions can do this task for you.

This is very convenient for not only taking pictures from movie but also your private pictures.

Now let’s see how it works on device.
After you start Catch Questions, go to Question page and select “Record new video to crop photo”.

You can rotate your device like this for recording.
Start recording with the red circle button on the upper right.
Now, let’s stop it with the red button.
